Article 4: Conclusion of the contract on line

The Buyer must follow a series of steps to conclude the contract electronically in order to achieve his order:

- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions;

- Verification of the elements of the order and, if necessary, correction of the errors. The confirmation of the order will entail formation of this contract;

- Then follow instructions for payment, then payment of products, and delivery of the order. The Buyer will receive confirmation by email of the payment of the order, as well as an acknowledgment of receipt of the order confirming it. He will receive a copy of these Terms and Conditions;

The Buyer shall be informed, by means of marking, labeling, posting or by any other appropriate method, of the prices and special conditions of the sale and performance of the services before any conclusion of the contract of sale. In any case, the total amount due by the Buyer is indicated on the confirmation page of the order. The selling price of the product is that in force indicated on the day of the order, this one not including delivery charges invoiced in supplement. These possible costs are indicated to the Buyer during the sales process, and in any case at the time of confirmation of the order. FOREXBASKETTRADING.COM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price indicated at the time of the order. When the products or services are not executed immediately, clear information is given on the product's presentation page regarding the delivery dates of the products or services. The Buyer certifies to have received a detail of the costs of delivery as well as the methods of payment, delivery and execution of the contract. FOREXBASKETTRADING.COM agrees to honor the Buyer's order within the limits of the available Products inventory only. Otherwise, FOREXBASKETTRADING.COM informs the Buyer; if the order has been placed, and in the absence of agreement with the Buyer on a new delivery date, FOREXBASKETTRADING.COM reimburses the Buyer.

The contractual information are presented in detail. The parties agree that the illustrations or photos of the products offered for sale have no contractual value. The period of validity of the offer of the Products and their prices is specified on the website of FOREXBASKETTRADING.COM, as well as the minimum duration of the proposed contracts when they relate to a continuous or periodic supply of products or services. Article 6: Compliance

Article 7: Retention of title clause

The products remain the property of FOREXBASKETTRADING.COM until full payment of the price.

Article 8: Terms of delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address that was indicated when ordering and within the time indicated. These delays do not take into account the time of preparation of the order. In case of late delivery, the Buyer has the possibility to terminate the contract. FOREXBASKETTRADING.COM then refunds the product and the delivery charges. FOREXBASKETTRADING.COM reminds that when the Buyer physically possesses the products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to him. It is the Buyer's responsibility to notify the carrier of any damage regarding the delivered product.

The Digital products are delivered via Help Desk accessible from Buyer's secure area. Digital products are delivered within 72 (seventy two) hours.

Article 9: Availability and presentation

In case of unavailability of an item for a period of more than 15 working days, you will immediately be notified of the foreseeable delivery times and the order of this article may be canceled on request. The Buyer may then request a credit slip for the amount of the item or its full refund and the cancellation of the order.

Article 10: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order, including pre-order products. The Buyermay pay by credit card. Cards issued by banks must be international credit cards Mastercard or Visa. Secure online payment by credit card is made by our payment provider. The transmitted information is encrypted in the state of the art and can not be read during transport on the network. Once the payment has been initiated by the Buyer, the transaction is immediately debited after verifying the information. The commitment to pay given by card is irrevocable. Article 12: Intellectual property rights

Trademarks, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or more generally any object of intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of FOREXBASKETTRADING.COM. No assignment of intellectual property rights is carried out through these GTCS. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

Article 13: Force majeure

The performance of FOREXBASKETTRADING.COM's obligations hereunder shall be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure that would prevent its execution. The seller will notify the Buyer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments that we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, that result from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer) immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the day we received your notification of your revocation of this contract. For the refund we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

Exclusion or premature termination of the right of revocation

The right of revocation for the delivery of digital content that is not delivered based on a physical data storage device and for the delivery of educational services does not exist for contracts.
